BBOUNCE Studio is proud to be an Official HYROX Training Club, offering structured training that develops strength, endurance, and resilience through purposeful functional movement.

 

Our HYROX class series is designed for those preparing to compete, as well as individuals who simply want to train with greater intent and clarity. Delivered across three distinct class levels, each session is programmed with a clear focus to support sustainable progression and long-term performance.

LEVEL I

HYROX FOUNDATION

Learn how to train.

Perfect for beginners or anyone new to HYROX training.

 


This class helps you understand the fundamentals of HYROX, including its structure, key stations, and core functional movements used in races. Sessions focus on component training, allowing you to learn and practice each element of HYROX while building a strong aerobic base through our three training zones.

 

Designed to develop confidence, movement quality, and fitness before progressing to higher-level HYROX classes.

LEVEL II

HYROX BUILD

Build race capacity.

Ideal for members ready to progress their HYROX training.

 

This class focuses on developing strength endurance and aerobic endurance using HYROX-specific movements and stations. Sessions build on the fundamentals by increasing intensity, load, and volume while maintaining strong movement standards. Training is structured to improve pacing, efficiency, and the ability to maintain performance across all three zones.

 

Best suited for regular trainers looking to improve performance and prepare for higher-intensity HYROX training.

LEVEL III

HYROX COMPETE

Test race readiness.

Designed for experienced members training for HYROX performance.

 

 

This class focuses on training at HYROX race intensity using competition-style sequencing and standards. Sessions combine hard treadmill efforts with demanding functional movements and limited rest to reflect the physical and mental demands of a HYROX event. Training is designed to improve race pacing, endurance, and the ability to perform under pressure.

 

Recommended for advanced members or those preparing for HYROX competition.
