How do I book a class?

Accepted Answer

Class bookings open every Friday at 5PM for the following week. You can view the upcoming schedule from Thursday onwards.

You can book a class through any of the following methods:

Question 2

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Yes, walk-ins are welcome for our classes, subject to availability. However, we highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot and avoid disappointment.

Question 3

The class is full and I can't seem to book a slot. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If a class is full, you’ll automatically be placed on the waitlist when you attempt to book. Should a spot become available, you will be notified. If you're unable to join the waitlist or have any issues, feel free to contact us directly—we're happy to help!

Question 4

I can view the class schedule but I can't seem to book to class.

Accepted Answer

No worries! If you receive a message saying “you are out of the scheduling window”, it likely means that booking hasn’t opened yet.

The class schedule is released for viewing every Thursday, but bookings only open on Friday at 5PM for the following week.

Question 5

I'm a first-timer, but I’d like to join an intermediate-level class. Is that allowed?

Accepted Answer

We're afraid first-timers are not allowed to join intermediate classes. Intermediate-level classes are strictly reserved for participants who have completed the required number of beginner classes.

The following are considered intermediate-level classes:
 • BBOUNCE Lite+
 • Hybrid Rebounding™ – Level 2
 • BBOUNCE Core – Level 2
 • BBOUNCE Box
 • SLYDE-X – Level 2

Participants who do not meet the class prerequisites will be removed from the class list.

Please ensure you read the full class description and prerequisites before booking. This helps ensure your safety and a positive experience for everyone.

Question 6

What are the age and weight requirements to join a class?

Accepted Answer

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join our classes.
For safety reasons, please note that the maximum weight limit for the rebounder is 110kg.

Question 7

What is the waitlist policy?

Accepted Answer

If a class is full, you'll be added to the waitlist. 
If a spot becomes available, you'll be bumped into the class and considered a confirmed attendee.

You are responsible for tracking your waitlisted classes and checking whether you’ve been moved into the class. When this happens, you'll receive an automated email notifying you of your new status.

If you're no longer able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others to take your spot.

Please note:
 • Starting from March 30, 2023, WhatsApp notifications for waitlist status will no longer be provided. Instead, please check your email for updates on your waitlisted class.
 • If you're added to the class after the cancellation window and cannot attend, it will be treated as a no-show. Only stay on the waitlist if you're sure you can attend.

Question 8

How early should I arrive for class?

We recommend arriving before class starts to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Regulars: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.
First-timers: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete an indemnity form and receive a short briefing. The studio reserves the right to deny entry if you are not present 15 minutes before class begins.

All classes will start strictly on time, beginning with a brief introduction and warm-up exercises to help prevent injuries. Your punctuality helps maintain a focused and disruption-free environment for all participants.

Question 9

What should I wear to class?

Accepted Answer

Please wear comfortable gym attire or activewear that allows you to move freely—such as a breathable top paired with tights or fitted workout shorts.

All participants are required to wear clean, covered workout shoes. Footwear must be free of mud, sand, or debris to maintain a safe and hygienic studio environment.

For your safety, bare feet and toe socks are strictly not allowed in any class, and proper footwear is mandatory for participation.

Recommended: For rebounding classes, we suggest wearing cross-trainers for better grip, stability, and support.

Question 10

What happens if there’s a change in instructor (outside of the cancellation window)?

Accepted Answer

At times, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, we may need to substitute an instructor. We reserve the right to make these changes when necessary, and rest assured, all substitute instructors are fully qualified to lead the class.

Please note that our 10-hour late cancellation policy still applies, and bookings are non-refundable in the event of an instructor change.

Question 11

Can I transfer my class credits or extend my class package?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both options are available with the following terms:

• Class Credit Transfer: You may transfer your class credits to another member for an administrative fee of S$30. All transfers are subject to management approval.
 • Class Package Extension: A one-time extension of 30 days is available for a fee of S$30; no further extensions will be granted thereafter.
 • Medical Extensions: Complimentary extensions may be granted for medical reasons on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at bbouncestudio@gmail.com ()with supporting documents for consideration.
