  • How do I book a class?
    Classes for the following week are available for booking every Friday 5pm onwards. The class schedule will be available for viewing the day before.   • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Walk-ins are welcome for classes but subjected to availability. However, we highly recommend you to book with us to ensure that you secure a spot for the class.
  • The class is full and I can't seems to book a slot.
    If you are unable to book a slot, it means that the class is full and you will be placed on the waiting list. Otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • The schedule for next week is out, but I can't seem to book.
    Not to worry, if you can’t seem to book and get the notice that “you are out of the scheduling window”, it is probably that the schedule is not available to book yet. Schedule for the following week is available for booking on Friday at 5pm. We release the schedule one day earlier for viewing.
  • Waiting List Policy
    If the class is full, your name will be place on the waitlist. Members who are bumped into the class from the waitlist are considered confirmed attendees of the class. Members are responsible for tracking their own waitlisted classes and whether they have been bumped into the class or not. If you choose to join the waitlist for a particular class, an automated email will be sent to you if you are bumped up from the waitlist into the class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you are certain that you are unable to make it for the class. With effect from 30 March 2023, WhatsApp message on waitlist status will no longer be available. Please ensure you check your emails for status update on your waitlisted class(es). Please note that if you are added to a class from the waitlist after the cancellation window and cannot attend, it will be considered a no-show. Only remain on the waitlist if you are certain you can attend the class.
  • How early should I arrive for class?
    Regulars: Please be present 10 minutes prior to class commencement. First Timers: Please be present 15 minutes prior to class commencement to complete the indemnity form. The studio reserve the rights to deny your entry if you are not present 15 minutes before class commence. Kindly take note that all classes will start strictly on time. Our classes starts with brief introduction and warm up exercises to prevent injuries. In order for each class to commence without disruptions or distractions, we appreciate your effort in ensuring your timely arrival before the start of the class.
  • Class Credit Transfer / Class Package Extension
    If you wish to transfer credits to another member, an administrative fee of S$30 will apply. You can now extend the validity of your lass package by 30 days for a fee of S$30. Complimentary extensions for medical reasons are available on a case-by-case basis and must be requested via email with relevant supporting documentation. Class package transfers are subject to management's approval.
  • Class Cancellation Policy / Late to class Policy
    Class cancellation must be made 10 hours prior to the start of the class, failing which it will be considered as late cancellation and the class credit will be forfeited. If you are not present by the time the class commence, it will be deemed as no-show and there will be no refund of class credit. There will be a strict 4-minute grace period imposed on all our classes. After the 4-minute mark, you will not be allowed to enter the class and your slot will be given to the next person on the waiting list. All late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Late Cancellation / No-show Policy
    In order for us to have enough slots to go around, we would appreciate for all members to cancel their classes early. Unfortunately, if you cancel outside the late cancellation window (10 hours) or do not show up for your class, penalty applies: Late cancel: Class credit will be forfeited & online booking privileges suspended for 2 weeks. No Show: Class credit will be forfeited & online booking privileges suspended for 4 weeks. Appeals will not be considered (except for valid medical reasons). Unlimited package: For unlimited package holders, expiry date will be brought forward by 2 days (expires 2 days earlier) & online booking privileges suspended accordingly.
  • What are the membership fees?
    There are NO membership fees at BBOUNCE Studio. We go by per session and have different packages available. Everyone and anyone is welcome to try our classes without paying additional membership fees.
  • Can my friend and I share a package?
    Yes, Generally packages can be split with friend(s) unless otherwise specified. Unlimited monthly access package and off-peak packages cannot be shared. *Please indicate who you are sharing the package upon purchase. Package validity will be divided accordingly as per your purchased package validity. Once you have advised us on who you are splitting the package with, no further changes will be allowed. For example, package validity for 10 class is 2 months. If you were to split the package with a friend (5 credits each), your package validity will be 1 month respectively.
  • Credit Expiry
    Class credit is strictly not extendable. However, if you have any concerns regarding your class credit, please write in to us at bbouncestudio@gmail.com
  • What should I wear?
    Please come dressed in suitable gym attire/activewear (e.g. Sweat top with tights) with covered workout shoes. Please ensure that your workout shoes are clean and free from mud and sand. All classes will required proper footwear. Toe socks and bare feet are strictly not allowed due to safety purpose. Tip: Cross-trainers are strongly recommended for our rebounding class
  • Is there a minimum age requirement? What about maximum weight?
    The minimum age to join our class is 18 years old. The maximum weight capacity of the rebounder is 110kg.
  • What facilities do you provide? Are there shower facilities?
    We provide exercise towels, complimentary day lockers and private shower facilities; bath towels and basic vanity essentials are provided.
  • I'm a first-timer but I would like to attend the intermediate class.
    First timers are NOT allowed to attend intermediate class. All participants will need to attend a required number of beginner classes before attempting intermediate class. These are the list of intermediate classes: - BBOUNCE Lite+ - Hybrid Rebounding™ - Level 2 - BBOUNCE Core - Level 2 - BBOUNCE Box - SLYDE-X - Level 2 *If you do not meet the pre-requisite for the class, you will be remove from the class list. Please read the the class description and pre-requisite before signing up.

Contact us via our Facebook Page & Instagram or call us at our studios hotline.

STEP 2

GEAR UP

Dress comfortably in your activewear gear.
 
Wear suitable footwear - we strongly recommend cross trainer shoes. (Proper footwear will be required for all classes)
 
Please ensure that your workout shoes are clean and free from mud&sand etc.
 
Towels and shower amenities are provided.
 
If you did not bring your own water, fret not! Bottled waters and drinks are available for sale.

STEP 3

CHECK-IN CLASS

Arrive 15 mins earlier before class for registration and indemnity form submission.
 

Sign-in at our house front desk.
 

Lock up your stuff in locker zone and wait at the rest area for class to start.
 

First-timers will have a 5 minutes introductory with our trainers before class commence. (Our trainers will inform you)
 

Class starts on time and we regret to inform you that latecomers will be denied entry.

  2. Create your own Mindbody account. Once created, sign-in your account. 

  3. Click on "SEARCH" and type "BBOUNCE Studio". Click on  BBOUNCE Studio at The Centrepoint. 

  4. Click on "Classes" to see the class schedule for the day.

  5. Click on "Business" to see the class schedule and favourite our studio for quick access to our schedule.

  6. Click on "Book" to reserve your slot. (Do note that each MindBody account can only book for 1 person. If you will like to reserve group booking, please contact us via WhatsApp (+65 9823 6367)

  7. You will receive an email confirmation for your class booking.
