We promise Hybrid Rebounding™ will be one of the best class you'll ever experience.

An advanced version of BBOUNCE LITE. This is an intense cardio workout which involves advance rebounding technique/moves, aimed at working every single muscle and cell in your body. Sweat like you have never sweat before! This class is a total body workout involving resistance bands, mat work and muscle-endurance training.
*This class is not available for first-timers. Participants must attend at least 25 BBOUNCE Lite and 5 Hybrid Rebounding™ Level 1 classes before joining this class.

Achieve the lean body you have always wanted with our BBOUNCE Core class! BBOUNCE Core has little to no impact and is a total body conditioning class. A combination of barre, pilates and targeted body core strength training, this class follows our believe in the creation of effective and lasting changes in your body. In addition, our core strengtening exercises will help train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen and make them work in harmony!
*BBOUNCE Core Level II is not available for first-timers. Participants must attend at least 15 BBOUNCE Lite, 15 BBOUNCE Core Level I and 15 Hybrid Rebounding™ Level I classes before joining this class.
