Our signature rebounding class. Jump your way to fun and fitness on our trampoline. No dance skills required. Workout to the latest club music and get ready to sweat. Perfect to boost your energy and get you moving your entire body.

An intermediate version of BBOUNCE Lite. This is an intense cardio workout, aimed at working every single muscle and cell in your body. Sweat like you have never sweat before! This class is a total body workout involving resistance bands, mat work and muscle-endurance training. Feel good, feel the rush!

*Not available for first timers. Participants must attend at least 5 BBOUNCE Lite and 5 Hybrid Rebounding Level 1 classes before joining this class.

Designed by professional and olympic athletes: Join our functional circuit fitness class as you endure 50 min of different innovative and intense exercises. We will push you from head to toe through a series of cardio, high intensity and strength exercises. An all-time favorite among professional athletes, Words can't describe it, you just have to give it a try!

BBOUNCE Studio's signature Hybrid Rebounding™ bootcamp class! This class is modelled after the ideology of combining different workouts into one single class incorporating the use of a rebounder.  This class is the ultimate sweat machine and even professional athletes love it! Increase your strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility through The BBOUNCE Method in this bootcamp class. We promise Hybrid Rebounding™ class will be the best class you'll ever experience.

For those who want to get fit and tone fast, this is the class for you! Specially designed for fast and effective results. Our instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and tempo. With great music and motivation, this is a total body conditioning class. Get ready to feel the burn!

Achieve the lean body you have always wanted with our BBOUNCE Core class! BBOUNCE Core has little to no impact and is a total body conditioning class. A combination of barre, pilates and targeted body core strength training, this class follows our believe in the creation of effective and lasting changes in your body. In addition, our core strengtening exercises will help train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen and make them work in harmony!
