Achieve the lean body you have always wanted with our BBOUNCE Core class! BBOUNCE Core has little to no impact and is a total body conditioning class. A combination of barre, pilates and targeted body core strength training, this class follows our believe in the creation of effective and lasting changes in your body. In addition, our core strengtening exercises will help train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen and make them work in harmony!

*BBOUNCE Core Level 2 is not available for first timers. Participants must attend at least 15 BBOUNCE Lite , 15 x core level 1 and 15 Level I - Hybrid Rebounding classes before joining this class.

An advanced version of BBOUNCE LITE. This is an intense cardio workout which involves advance rebounding technique/moves, aimed at working every single muscle and cell in your body. Sweat like you have never sweat before! This class is a total body workout involving resistance bands, mat work and muscle-endurance training.

*Not available for first timers. Participants must attend at least 30 BBOUNCE Lite and 15 Hybrid Rebounding Level 1 classes before joining this class.

This class is modelled after the ideology of combining different workouts with weights into one single class incorporating the use of a rebounder.  This class is the ultimate sweat machine and even professional athletes love it! Increase your strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility through The BBOUNCE Method in this unique class. We promise Hybrid Rebounding™ will be one of the best class you'll ever experience. 

*Must complete 30 x BBOUNCE Lite and 30 x Hybrid Rebounding Level I classes before moving to Level II

Another of our signature class! This is a barbell/dumbbell toning class and is suitable for those looking to build some muscles!
